"Delivery Times Were Confusing"
The delivery times for our order were given, but then we got a new delivery time without any info about the earlier booking. This happened three times, and we still haven't received our stuff.

"Everything is fantastic, but a couple of hiccups..."
I’m really into everything, it all looks great! The customer service was top-notch. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is that it took over 8 weeks to get the furniture. Plus, the delivery crew left a bit of dirt on the sofas after wiping them down, and they accidentally nicked the door frame while bringing in the pieces. They were super polite and friendly, though, and did apologize for the mishap.

"Definitely recommend this company!"
I purchased a dining table from this company, and the whole process was fantastic. The delivery was right on schedule. They were always quick to answer any questions I had. The delivery crew let me know an hour ahead of time and even took all the packaging with them when they finished. I’ve got no complaints at all and would totally rate them a perfect 10 out of 10. Plus, the dining table is gorgeous, just like it was shown in the ads.

"Great communication throughout"
Superb communication, but the delivery took longer than I thought (14 weeks total). They sent the wrong chairs at first (I ordered gold legs, but got chrome instead). Luckily, they sorted out replacements the next week and kept me in the loop. The delivery guys were really cautious and checked the chairs when they arrived.

"Our Experience with La Blanca and Elite Furniture"
We purchased furniture from La Blanca and Elite. At first, we were a bit doubtful due to some reviews we read, but honestly, the service we received was top-notch from beginning to end. Everyone at the store was super friendly, especially Arzum. Since our furniture was available, it got delivered to Manchester in just 2-3 weeks. The delivery team was very professional and even put the furniture together for us. There was a small issue with one of the sets being broken, but they returned the next week to fix it. We’re really pleased with both sets! Keep up the awesome work, folks!

"Amazing support from the team!"
The customer service here is truly fantastic, and they really went the extra mile when I had an issue with a missing item. I just wish I had the budget to buy all the furniture because it's all so beautiful and top-notch. This is definitely my go-to furniture store, and the service is among the finest I've ever encountered.

Initially, I was skeptical about the quality being this great. When it showed up, not only was there a super friendly and professional crew, but they also helped set it up for me. I was really happy with both the service and the item I received. The team did a fantastic job; they brought and set up my bed right on schedule. When I went to the store prior to making my purchase, I felt super welcomed. The manager was incredibly courteous and supportive.

"Gorgeous chairs, but communication could improve..."
These chairs are stunning and of high quality. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the communication could've been better. I had to follow up a few times for delivery updates, and it took a bit over three months to get here (though it did say 8-12 weeks, so not too far off the mark).

I’m really thrilled with my new coffee table! It fits perfectly and looks even better than in the photos. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and I got to pick my own tabletop. The customer service was fantastic; they kept me informed throughout the process and delivered right on schedule. I’d absolutely shop here again and highly recommend it! 👌

"Placed my order two months back, paid in full..."
I placed my order two months back and paid the full price. I've been calling every week to check on the status, even though they promised to keep me updated. The service is really poor, and they’re not being truthful about the delivery timeline. I still have no clue how much longer I’ll be waiting. Here’s hoping it arrives soon!
